I was looking for a Volvo XC60 for weeks, and having used Deeside Motor Centre before and being pleased with then I decided to go back. On arrival I noticed that things was just the same a first class service. Will was first class and very helpful. On choseing the car I wanted, Will made sure all was in order, including a 1st class valet. One week later and its time to collect, on arrival the car stood out gleaming and ready to go. Paperwork all done and car paid for went smoothly. All I can say if its a used Volvo you want go to Deeside Motor Centre for a first class service. Thank Will.

What a pleasure! No pressure. I knew I wanted a blue car and I bought a blue car. Both of the staff that helped us were friendly and there was no hard sell.
We asked for a test drive loved the car, kicked the tyre and did the deed. Arranged to collect the car and that was that.
Head of sales Wil is a charming gentleman and did all the paperwork and got us on the road.
Our new Volvo is 6 years old has low mileage and has had main dealer stamps all through the book, we will be returning to have the Deeside team service the vehicle for us as they specialise in Volvos. I understand they have courtesy cars so that will make that job easier.

This is our fourth car we have bought from Deeside Autos. Great service from Will and Neil. Superb customer service and a lovely drive!

I recommend this garage, Will was brilliant on my first visit to this garage friendly no pressure. Car drove fine on test drive, couple of days in and there was a fault which turned out to be a major fault, but the mechanic here did not stop until he found the issue and resolved it. Brilliant service and I highly recommend a visit if you're looking for your next new car.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my latest car from Will at Deeside Motor Centre. After calling to arrange a viewing and ensure the vehicle was still available, Will greeted me and introduced himself. After being pointed in the direction of the cars, I was left to have a look around the vehicle at my leisure.

Will later came over and asked me my thoughts and after declaring my interest in purchasing the vehicle. He filled me in on a bit of information and I decided to go ahead with the purchase.

Placed a deposit, and returned a week later to complete the transaction and collect the car.

Quick, easy and pain-free are the first words that come to mind during this process. Refreshing to get a feel of a genuine business being honest and upfront, with no pressure to buy unlike other garages where I have felt pressured and rushed. Complete opposite experience at Deeside Motor Centre and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pleasant experience, no overly pushy sales pressure. I saw the car online, I came to see it, I bought it. Was all very easy.
